Office Entries Need Mats

Mats at entries to an office pick up dirt and dust from shoes before it can get further into the office. Mats can reduce the frequency of office carpet and floor cleaning, as well as reduce the dust level in the office. Mats should be at least 3’x5’ with a carpeted top and usually dark grey to hide the dirt accumulation. They should be at each entry to the office from the outside and warehouse and, ideally, big enough so that at least two normal steps are taken on them when entering. The mats are then vacuumed with the regular janitorial service. They make a big difference in office cleanliness and are well worth the cost.
